MIXED BATHING POND ~

Situated at the lower part of Hampstead, below South Park Hill and near the bottom of Pryors Field, it is the third of three ponds in this area.

A narrow path cuts between Hampstead No. 2 Pond and this one, where there is access to East Heath or Parliament Hill Fields.

Open 7am-6.45pm May to mid-Sept. Swimmers must vacate the water 15 minutes before closing.

Location note: Pond on Hampstead Heath near East Heath Road, NW3.

Parent body: City of London Corporation.

Outdoor mixed bathing for competent swimmers only. No children under 8, under-16s only with an accompanying adult, will need to pass a swimming test.
