Hampstead Heath boasts some of the most spectacular views in London and the view over the City Of London from the top of Kite Hill must be one of the best!
This skyline dominates parts of The Heath and can also be seen from The Pagoda, exterior to The Stable Gate entrance to Kenwood House.
There are many other wonderful vistas scattered over The Heath that represent both ancient views, such as that from the Kenwood Estate's Beech Mount, and other spectacular and heart warming sights that are continually changing with the weathers and the seasons.
The City scape is no exception as it also changes character continually.
Sometimes, it has misty and darkly brooding mornings; sometimes, deep red and ochre painted evenings.
Other vista and views can be seen from:
The Pergola (The Hill Gardens), Judges Walk, Whitestone Pond, The Vale Of Health and The Tumulus Field.
Below is a current illustrated photo of what you will see from the summit at Kite Hill and also the view from The Pagoda, Kenwood.
Below these panoramas, you can see a slide show of some of those weathered scenes from both Kite Hill and the Kenwood Pagoda, from throughout 2009 and 2010.
