Castle Yard
HIGHGATE
CASTLE YARD ~
At the junction of North Road, and connecting the latter with Southwood Road, contains an interesting row of houses, originally built for workers in the mid nineteenth century.
It was named after The Castle Inn, demolished in 1928.
